How do you sort the Up Next list in iOS 10?

I am having trouble figuring out how to sort the Up Next list in the Music App on my iPhone 6s. In iOS 9, there was a handle on the right side next to the song title that you could tap and drag up/down to change the playlist order. The handle does not appear in the Music App on iOS 10.
